What We Do

• Mediation - David takes a unique approach to mediation, using highly effective methods to reach consensus. Prior to a joint session, he works with the attorneys to guide the parties toward resolution. He is considered an ‘active’ mediator. 

• Case Evaluation - Our case evaluation skills help attorneys determine risk/reward as well as new approaches to reach their goals. David provides guidance to both plaintiffs and defendants, setting them on a well-planned path.

• Arbitration - David understands that arbitration should move faster, cost less   and cause less stress than litigation.  This understanding, coupled with his 45 years of experience, allows him to move parties efficiently through case management, discovery and the hearing.
